The NDBCLP is a seven ember board appointed by the Governor of North Dakota. The NDBCLP was established in July of 1989. The NDBCLP is governed by the Clinical Laboratory Practice Act, Chapter 43-48 of the North Dakota Century Code and Article 96-01 Administrative Rules and Regulations which are published in the North Dakota Administrative Code and enforceable by law under the jurisdiction of sections 43-48-15 and 43-48-16 of the North Dakota Century Code. The Rules and the Act govern the licensure of clinical laboratory professionals in the State of North Dakota and provide a penalty for noncompliance.
